Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nuviq.ai or enrolling in any Nuviq Technologies Private Limited course or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Course Enrolment & Payment

• Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking)
• Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment
• For on-demand batches, a minimum of 3 students is required to start the batch
• Batch schedules are mutually agreed upon between the instructor and enrolled students
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). USD amounts shown are approximate and for reference only

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund — if you request a refund within 48 hours of payment and the batch has not yet started
• 50% refund — if you request within 7 days of batch start and have attended fewer than 3 sessions
• No refund — after 7 days of batch start or after attending 3 or more sessions
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• To request a refund, contact abpandey95@icloud.com with your payment ID

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, notes and recordings are the intellectual property of Nuviq Technologies Private Limited
• Students may not share, distribute, resell or republish any course materials without written permission
• Screen recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited
• Session recordings shared with students are for personal learning only

5. Internship Programme

• Internship eligibility requires successful completion of the course and passing the final assessment
• Internship placement is subject to availability and student performance — it is not guaranteed
• Internships are unpaid unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Duration is 1-3 months, conducted fully online

6. Software Development Services

• Project scope, timeline and payment terms are defined in a separate project agreement
• Source code ownership transfers to the client upon full payment
• Post-delivery support is provided for 30 days (or as specified in the project agreement)
• Nuviq Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour in all sessions and communications. Nuviq Technologies reserves the right to remove any student from a course without refund for abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nuviq Technologies is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
